Booking is confirmed with a ฿15,000 (~$420 USD) deposit paid via Stripe at the time of reservation. This deposit holds your specific bed and cohort date.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, we cannot return it — but it can be transferred (see below).
The deposit is charged in USD. Exact Baht equivalent may vary slightly with exchange rates at time of payment.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your cohort start date. Sasha will contact you with a payment link when the time comes.
If payment isn't received within 7 days of the 30-day deadline, your bed may be released to the waitlist.
If you need a payment plan or have a cash flow issue, just ask — we'd rather work something out than lose a good fit.

More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to any future cohort within 12 months, or to another person.
Within 30 days of arrival: Deposit and any balance paid are non-refundable. Transfer to a future cohort is at Sasha's discretion depending on circumstances.
No-show: No refund or transfer.

Your deposit can be transferred in two ways:
To a future cohort — valid for any cohort within 12 months of your original booking date, subject to availability.
To another person — send their name and email to Sasha and we'll update the booking. They take your spot, your bed, your track.
To initiate a transfer, WhatsApp Sasha at least 14 days before your cohort starts.

In the rare event we need to cancel a cohort (natural disaster, health emergency, minimum numbers not met), you will receive:
A full refund of your deposit and any balance paid — no questions, no fees.
First choice of any remaining cohort dates, at the same price.
As much notice as we can possibly give — we will not wait until the last minute.

Included in your booking:
7 nights accommodation in a bamboo bungalow with valley view
All meals — 3 per day, mostly grown on-site by Ying
Hot springs entry (all group visits)
Pai Canyon excursion
Full Claude Code curriculum + daily sessions with Sasha
Airport transfer from Chiang Mai (if selected during booking)
Not included: flights, travel insurance, personal drinks & shopping, optional solo excursions, visa fees.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for costs arising from travel disruption, illness, or personal circumstances.
